Description

  • Develop and modify application code using C#, .NET Core MVC, legacy .NET Framework v4.8, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Maintain existing user interfaces and support incremental enhancements to the DMC application portfolio.
  • Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects that support application functionality.
  • Support defect resolution, break/fix activity, and sustainment of existing systems.
  • Support ATO vulnerability remediation and secure coding practices under senior developer direction.
  • Ensure code and interfaces meet Section 508, ADA, and WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA compliance requirements.
  • Use Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, and CI/CD pipeline activity.
  • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior developers.
  • Participate in recurring technical working sessions with the DMC team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; no equivalencies or substitutions accepted.
  • 4+ years of software development experience with .NET Core MVC and C#.
  • Knowledge of SQL database design and programming.
  • Ability to work productively under the technical direction of senior developers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have resided continuously in the United States for the past 36 months.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (preferred).
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Functions, and Azure SQL (preferred).
  • Microsoft certifications in .NET or Azure development (preferred).
  • Experience supporting federal agencies or large enterprise environments (preferred).
  • Experience with Section 508 accessibility standards (preferred).
