Description

Lead complex consulting engagements and guide projects from discovery to production.
Make immediate contributions that build client trust quickly.
Lead architecture and software design discussions.
Work collaboratively on systems spanning the full ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, preprocessing, deployment, integration, and monitoring.
Generate potential solutions to technical and non-technical challenges with team members and clients.
Lead retrospectives and formal feedback conversations with teams and clients.
Document outcomes clearly and drive follow-up action items.
Manage high-level project roadmaps, team priorities, and blockers on large engagements.
Maintain relationships with client technical leaders and provide regular status updates.
Mentor colleagues, lead internal or client workshops, and support hiring or community efforts.

Requirements

7+ years of experience with repeated success across a variety of projects.
Experience leading high-stakes consulting engagements from discovery to production.
Experience writing production-quality code in languages and frameworks such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL.
Experience using AI-assistive development tools for scaffolding, refactoring, debugging, test generation, and documentation.
Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features such as recommendation engines, NLP models, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
Experience with automated testing, debugging, and incremental refactoring of existing code.
Experience collaborating with teams using Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD.
Experience addressing architecture concerns such as scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
Experience leading stakeholders and balancing technical, product, and user needs in ambiguous situations.
Preferred experience in MLOps, including tools like LangChain.
Preferred experience in data engineering, including platforms like Databricks.
Preferred experience in DevSecOps and DevOps.
Preferred experience with Infrastructure as Code.
