Description

  • Lead software consulting engagements from discovery through production.
  • Make immediate contributions to projects and quickly build client trust.
  • Lead architecture and software design discussions.
  • Collaborate on systems spanning the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to monitoring.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve blockers, risks, and delivery issues.
  • Manage project roadmaps, backlog priorities, and status communication for large engagements.
  • Maintain relationships with client technical leaders and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead retrospectives and document outcomes and action items.
  • Mentor colleagues, lead workshops, and contribute to hiring and the broader tech community.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with repeated success across a variety of projects.
  • Experience leading high-stakes consulting engagements from discovery to production.
  • Experience writing production-quality code in languages such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL.
  • Experience using AI-assistive development tools for scaffolding, refactoring, debugging, test generation, and documentation.
  • Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features such as recommendation engines, NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
  • Experience with automated testing, debugging legacy code, and incremental refactoring.
  • Experience collaborating with Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD.
  • Experience addressing architecture concerns such as scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
  • Preferred experience in platform engineering, data engineering, DevSecOps/DevOps, MLOps, Infrastructure as Code, or production agentic systems including RAG, vector search, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or n8n.
