Description

  • Own end-to-end product marketing function, set strategic vision, and drive platform and solution positioning and market momentum.
  • Develop thought leadership and category-defining narratives to advance 6sense’s role in the RevTech/Revenue AI category.
  • Define, evolve, and maintain platform positioning, core messaging, and differentiated value propositions using customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
  • Craft tailored narratives and messaging that communicate value to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations personas.
  • Define and run product launch strategy to ensure readiness, cross-functional alignment, and successful adoption.
  • Oversee creation of buyer-facing content including messaging frameworks, solution guides, demos, videos, and interactive content.
  • Define organizational strategy for the product marketing team, including hiring plans, goals, KPIs, and budget.
  • Lead and develop a product marketing team and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product marketing leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS (RevTech/MarTech preferred).
  • Proven success leading and scaling large product marketing teams (20+ direct/indirect reports).
  • Demonstrated ability to build differentiated positioning, messaging, and thought leadership programs.
  • Experience defining and executing product launch strategies and driving cross-functional readiness and adoption.
  • Experience setting organizational strategy, hiring plans, goals, KPIs, and managing budget for a product marketing function.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and executive-level communication presence.
  • High-energy, adaptable leader with a passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and delivering superior customer experiences.

  • Base salary range $240,138.75 - $305,203.50.
