Description

  • Lead and scale a specialized pod of Product Managers as a formal people manager, including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
  • Define the pod’s operating model and clarify boundaries between platform infrastructure and agentic capabilities.
  • Own the AI orchestration layer, including the design and evolution of the core orchestration engine.
  • Ensure robust state management, tenant routing, and high-performance runtime for intelligent workflows.
  • Design and maintain internal SDKs and capability registration patterns that enable other teams to build and call intelligence tools.
  • Build frameworks, guardrails, and security protocols to keep AI outputs accurate, evidenced, and enterprise-grade.
  • Drive foundational model strategy, including routing logic, cost optimization, and compute infrastructure management.
  • Partner with the Head of Intelligence Product and other leaders to surface technical risks early and turn AI strategy into operating reality.
  • Set technical standards for agent orchestration and model routing across the platform.
  • Drive platform efficiency, scalability, and enterprise readiness for global B2B use cases.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in Product Management, with a focus on AI, Platform, or Infrastructure.
  • 3-5+ years of formal people management experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience building and leading product teams.
  • Experience mentoring senior PMs and managing performance.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with the modern AI stack.
  • Direct experience architecting orchestration layers, developer platforms, or complex distributed systems at scale.
  • Strong operating rigor and ability to create scalable operating rhythms.
  • Systems thinking across strategy, org, data, and execution.
  • Experience driving clarity in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to work as a hands-on player/coach rather than only managing from a distance.

  • Base salary range of $197,997.50 to $260,863.00.
