Description

  • Manage day-to-day WordPress website operations, including building pages and working closely with web designers.
  • Create high-performing custom landing pages for events and campaigns and test various copy and layouts.
  • Design, run, and own CRO experiments to identify and implement changes that increase conversions and site performance.
  • Manage website personalization tools and create personalized website experiences to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Operate and optimize conversational AI agents (e.g., Qualified) with the goal of maximizing conversions.
  • Own website analytics and reporting using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and related attribution tools and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams on AEO/SEO technical and content updates across the site.
  • Partner with marketing team members to advise on best practices and possibilities for custom pages, personalization, and campaign support.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or website management.
  • Experience with WordPress site management, page building, and working with web designers.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong interest and hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and ability to self-identify and execute tests.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO/AEO technical best practices and experience implementing technical/content updates.
  • Understanding of ABM technologies and how to execute ABM-driven website interactions.
  • Experience with Qualified or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Experience with Trendemon, Mutiny, or other website personalization tools.
  • Desired: experience with Salesforce or other CRMs, attribution platforms, LinkedIn Advertising, and Google Ads.

  • Base salary range $107,096.25–$157,074.50 (actual may vary by location and experience).
