Description

  • Set and drive the creative vision for the 6sense brand across digital, web, video, experiential, and campaign channels.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary creative team and strengthen its culture, capabilities, and standards.
  • Develop bold creative ideas and carry them through execution while maintaining momentum and quality.
  • Partner with brand narrative and communications teams to ensure creative and storytelling are fully integrated.
  • Build scalable production systems that improve throughput without sacrificing craft, including thoughtful use of AI tools.
  • Maintain a high creative bar across all touchpoints, from LinkedIn templates to flagship event experiences.
  • Develop and mentor team members through prioritization, role clarity, career pathways, and feedback rhythms.
  • Foster a culture of craft excellence, inclusive collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate resourcing, agency, contractor strategy, and team structure to scale output effectively.
  • Collaborate across marketing and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and brand work to life at scale.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of creative experience, including significant time leading and managing creative teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating range across brand campaigns, digital, video, and experiential work, with a clear point of view.
  • Strong B2B experience with the ability to make technical products feel urgent, relevant, and human.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary creatives such as designers, videographers, motion artists, and web creators.
  • Strong campaign thinking with the ability to distinguish big ideas from strong execution and deliver both.
  • Fluency with AI-powered creative tools and a clear perspective on using them to accelerate high-quality work.
  • Strong creative judgment about when work is done, needs refinement, or should change direction.
  • Clear, direct communication skills and the ability to explain creative decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative leadership style that builds trust with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, balancing vision with operational rigor, and maintaining high standards across high-volume work.

  • Base salary range of $160,120.50 to $234,843.40.
  • Bonus program or commission plan may be available.
