Description

  • Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs, architectural blueprints, and implementation strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and cloud platforms, with emphasis on Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architectures.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, including code reviews and enforcement of architectural standards.
  • Design solutions that meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
  • Define integration strategies for APIs, microservices, third-party platforms, and legacy systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, product managers, project managers, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML integration, serverless, and containerization.
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive software development experience, including 3-5 years in an Application Architect or similar senior leadership role.
  • Experience designing and developing frontend applications with React or Angular.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform; experience with AWS or Azure is also acceptable.
  • Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture, serverless, and N-tier applications.
  • Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core/6+, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience designing data models and selecting relational or NoSQL databases based on application needs.
  • Extensive experience with RESTful API design, API gateways such as Apigee, and secure API development.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and rotational shifts as required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with application development teams.
