Description

  • Coach and mentor engineers and solution designers across the Product-to-Cash domain.
  • Partner with other architects to align on architectural direction and solve complex business and technical challenges.
  • Create High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, and conceptual diagrams for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Manage architecture and system roadmaps in alignment with platform standards and long-term strategy.
  • Define, maintain, and enforce standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Build Proofs of Concept to validate architectural and design decisions.
  • Gather requirements, clarify scope, and resolve ambiguity early in the lifecycle.
  • Design and govern integrations to ensure seamless cross-system communication and data flow.
  • Provide hands-on Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ coaching and implementation guidance.
  • Own the end-to-end Product-to-Cash architecture, including quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfilment, billing, invoicing, revenue, customer success, and support.
  • Architect and govern billing processes including invoicing, billing schedules, payments, dunning, and revenue recognition.
  • Identify and resolve process and technology gaps across the Product-to-Cash value chain.
  • Apply an AI-first approach using Agentforce and Claude-based solutions where appropriate.
  • Work with developers, SMEs, and Product Owners to hand off designs and resolve solution gaps.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce and Revenue Cloud solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience across implementation, configuration, and solution design.
  • 3–5 years of Salesforce architecture experience.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) / CPQ.
  • Proven experience producing HLD, LLD, and conceptual diagrams.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Product-to-Cash solutions.
  • Strong experience with billing systems and billing platforms.
  • Experience working with integration teams on cross-system integrations.
  • An AI-first mindset with exposure to Agentforce and Claude-based solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce Connected Apps.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions.
  • Familiarity with managed packages such as Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, Qualtrics, or similar enterprise apps is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of security architecture principles and practices.
