Description

  • Analyze data integrity issues by investigating, correcting, and monitoring SQL data and logs to identify root causes.
  • Communicate project status, findings, and recommendations with client stakeholders.
  • Design and build performant, scalable, secure, and testable client code and backend services.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Participate in planning, estimation, sprint ceremonies, and other agile governance activities.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
  • Mentor other engineers through communities of practice and project teams.
  • Drive project delivery autonomously from conceptualization through deployment.
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Apply quality standards and methodology across diverse client engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
  • Experience using AWS serverless and backend services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, including abstraction and encapsulation.
  • High-level design proficiency using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Experience creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise systems.
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Familiarity with OWASP.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is optional.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and ORMs is desired.
  • Knowledge of architectural and design patterns such as microservices, serverless, Factory, Singleton, and Observer is desired.
  • Unit testing experience is desired.
