Description

  • Design end-to-end test architecture covering unit, integration, E2E, semantic validation, and access-control layers.
  • Build a golden-set semantic validation harness to measure AI output correctness, confidence, traceability, and stability.
  • Implement automated testing to verify cross-tenant isolation and database-level security controls.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD quality gates that run on every commit and block bad builds before merge.
  • Expand and improve test automation frameworks, processes, and tooling.
  • Serve as the QA voice in technical design reviews and identify testability issues early.
  • Collaborate with AI/LLM leadership to define correctness criteria for each pipeline stage.
  • Mentor junior test engineers on test design, semantic validation, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Own test documentation, traceability matrices, reporting, and quality metrics.
  • Communicate blockers, risks, and test results clearly to engineers, product, and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on software QA experience with test strategy, planning, execution, and maintenance.
  • 3+ years of experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Pytest, or equivalent.
  • Ability to write custom testing frameworks and advanced automation scripts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for test automation, including Pytest and async testing, or experience with Java, C#, or Go.
  • Deep knowledge of databases and SQL, including complex data validation and multi-tenant isolation testing.
  • CI/CD pipeline expertise, including integrating tests into automated deployment workflows and optimizing for speed and reliability.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development cycles.
  • Proficiency in defect tracking tools such as Jira or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience mentoring junior engineers and driving quality improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong English proficiency for working with distributed global teams.
  • ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification preferred.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner preferred.
  • Experience with security testing, OWASP vulnerabilities, and tools such as OWASP ZAP or Fortify preferred.
  • Familiarity with TDD/BDD practices and tools such as Gherkin or Cucumber preferred.
  • Experience testing multi-tenant systems, API testing, regulated environments, or AI/ML systems preferred.
