Description

  • Design comprehensive test architecture across unit, integration, end-to-end, and semantic validation layers for the full pipeline from profile intake through roadmap generation.
  • Build a golden-set semantic validation harness to measure AI output correctness, confidence, precision/recall, traceability, and run-to-run stability.
  • Implement automated access-control tests at the API and database layers to verify cross-tenant isolation and row-level security enforcement.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD quality gates that run on every commit and block merges when tests, schema checks, migration guards, image scans, or access-control probes fail.
  • Lead test automation practices by expanding frameworks, improving testing processes, and recommending tools and technologies.
  • Serve as the QA voice in technical design reviews and work with AI/LLM leadership to define correctness criteria for each pipeline stage.
  • Mentor junior test engineers on test design, semantic validation, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Own test documentation and reporting, including test plans, traceability matrices, quality metrics, blockers, and risk communication to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on software QA experience with test strategy, planning, execution, maintenance, documentation, traceability, and advanced automation.
  • 3+ years using automated testing tools such as Selenium, Pytest, or equivalent, with the ability to build custom testing frameworks.
  • Advanced programming proficiency in Python for test automation; Java, C#, or Go also relevant.
  • Deep knowledge of databases and SQL, including complex data validation and testing multi-tenant isolation and row-level security.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and optimizing test execution for speed and reliability.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies in rapid iterative development cycles.
  • Proficiency with defect tracking tools such as Jira or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience mentoring junior engineers and driving quality improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical issues to engineers, product, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional English proficiency and ability to work independently under time pressure across distributed global teams.
  • Preferred: ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification.
  • Preferred: Performance and load testing experience with tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Preferred: Security testing knowledge, including OWASP vulnerabilities and tools such as OWASP ZAP or Fortify.
  • Preferred: Experience with TDD/BDD and tools such as Gherkin or Cucumber.
  • Preferred: Experience testing multi-tenant systems, including isolation and cross-tenant security validation.
  • Preferred: Experience testing AI/ML systems, including LLM output validation and consistency guarantees.
  • Preferred: API testing experience, including REST/GraphQL validation and contract testing.
  • Preferred: Experience in regulated environments with audit logging, reproducibility, and compliance testing.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated process improvement experience that improved quality, reduced costs, or increased efficiency.
