Description

  • Build efficient, secure, testable, scalable, and maintainable client code.
  • Design and implement reliable, observable AI and agentic workflows using LLMs.
  • Develop and maintain responsive React frontend features alongside backend services.
  • Own projects from technical design through successful production launch.
  • Make architectural decisions and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Identify and remediate technical debt to improve stability, performance, and developer productivity.
  • Manage software security analysis, including triage, prioritization, remediation, and verification.
  • Gather requirements, confirm alignment, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Track project status, estimates, and reporting using established methods and tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow engineering methodologies and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Senior-level software engineering experience with strong Python and distributed systems expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to own features from design through production deployment with minimal supervision.
  • Deep knowledge of system design, architecture, and solving ambiguous technical challenges.
  • Production experience building React frontend applications alongside scalable backend services.
  • Experience with Git, Python package management tools such as UV or Conda, and unit testing with Pytest.
  • Experience managing Docker containers and orchestrating workloads with Kubernetes and AKS.
  • Experience deploying and operating systems on AWS and working with relational databases.
  • Experience designing medium- to large-scale systems using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants and spec-driven development.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in English.
  • Preferred: Python web frameworks, Snowflake, agentic frameworks such as MCP or A2A, workflow orchestration platforms, HTTP, JSON/XML, SCA platforms, other AI coding agents, and object-oriented programming.
