Description

  • Build efficient, performant, secure, testable, and scalable client code.
  • Design and implement reliable, observable AI and agentic workflows using LLMs.
  • Develop and maintain responsive React frontend features alongside backend services.
  • Own technical projects from design through production launch.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Identify and remediate technical debt to improve stability, performance, and developer velocity.
  • Manage software security through SCA triage, prioritization, remediation, and verification.
  • Gather requirements, validate shared understanding, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Track project status, estimates, and reporting using established methods and tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow development methodologies and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior-level software engineering experience with strong Python and distributed-systems expertise.
  • Ability to own technical features from design through production deployment with minimal supervision.
  • Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and ambiguous problem-solving.
  • Production experience building React frontend applications alongside backend services at scale.
  • Experience with Git, Python package management tools such as UV or Conda, and unit testing with Pytest.
  • Experience managing Docker containers and orchestrating workloads with Kubernetes and AKS.
  • Experience designing medium-to-large software systems using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Proficiency with relational databases and deploying and operating systems on AWS.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants and spec-driven development.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, English proficiency, and technologies such as Flask, Snowflake, agentic frameworks, Airflow, HTTP, JSON/XML, and SCA platforms is preferred.
