Description

  • Create user flows and clickable digital prototypes for CRM and other high-level business processes.
  • Help improve the CRM journey and support requirements mapping through UX design work.
  • Collaborate with UX Lead, product management, engineering, and program management teams.
  • Communicate progress, delivery status, and changes in priority or scope to the team and client.
  • Participate in UX rituals, engagement meetings, client presentations, and workshop preparation.
  • Identify project risks and escalate them appropriately.
  • Suggest improvements to standard tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, for future projects.
  • Work in a collaborative, global team serving US clients on mission-critical engagements.

Requirements

  • Hands-on work experience with Salesforce.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing UX role.
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience.
  • Experience working with digital products, business logic, processes, and diverse clients.
  • Strong skills in interaction design or visual design.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and work with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detail orientation.
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus.
  • High cultural awareness is preferred.
