Description

  • Facilitate communication with client stakeholders on project status, recommendations, and delivery progress.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features clearly to clients.
  • Plan, estimate, and execute complex work within the team’s methodology and quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and implement high-volume, high-availability Java enterprise applications.
  • Write efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure client code.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to identify user pain points and iterate on solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Mentor team members and support technical growth through Communities of Practice and project-based guidance.
  • Drive project delivery independently from conceptualization through deployment within the defined architecture.
  • Contribute to architectural activities, technical problem-solving, and removal of delivery roadblocks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the listed technical areas.
  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications domain.
  • Strong experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, Redis/Redisson, Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and telecom protocols.
  • Experience with C++ to support understanding of legacy systems.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments.
  • Strong core Java and microservices knowledge, including multithreaded application development.
  • Experience with exception handling, data structures, memory management, and application tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL, including SQL queries, joins, views, GROUP BY, and HAVING.
  • Experience with Spring and ORM technologies.
  • Strong unit testing experience.
  • Ability to handle requirement analysis, coding, design, implementation, testing, problem analysis, resolution, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of telecom protocols such as SS7 and Diameter.
  • Preferred experience with architectural patterns such as microservices and serverless, and design patterns such as Factory, Singleton, and Observer.
