Description

  • Communicate project status and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Build client code that is performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
  • Participate in planning and estimation using project methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex work within the current methodology and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to identify user pain points and improve solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Mentor other engineers and contribute to Communities of Practice and the Engineering Practice community.
  • Drive project delivery independently from conceptualization through deployment within the defined architecture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the listed areas.
  • Proven professional experience as a React Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • In-depth knowledge of frontend development, including state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working in Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience applying Object-Oriented Programming principles such as abstraction and encapsulation.
  • High-level design proficiency using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Experience creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Familiarity with OWASP.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to optimize frontend performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with ORMs, architectural patterns such as microservices or serverless, design patterns such as Factory, Singleton, or Observer, unit testing, and AWS.
