Description

  • Own end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend.
  • Integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily development workflows.
  • Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff friction.
  • Serve as a full stack “seed” on the team by championing full stack practices and mentoring peers.
  • Help scale AI-augmented development practices across the organization.
  • Identify cross-team collaboration bottlenecks and propose process improvements across product, design, and engineering.
  • Contribute across the full product lifecycle from ideation and design through deployment and iteration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major preferred.
  • 1–5 years of professional experience.
  • Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and React.
  • Experience owning end-to-end production projects, not just personal side projects.
  • Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
  • Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
  • Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools and review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to identify work independently.
  • Product and operational mindset with ability to turn vague ideas into clear specs.
  • Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • For frontend backgrounds: strong React depth, understanding of component architecture, reuse boundaries, state management, build tooling, TypeScript type engineering, automated testing, rendering strategies, critical path optimization, frame budgeting, and performance monitoring attribution.
  • For backend backgrounds: experience with high-concurrency programming, threading models, locking mechanisms, asynchronous programming, Kafka/RabbitMQ, eventual consistency, service discovery, circuit breaking, rate limiting, load balancing, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects preferred.
  • Cross-platform development experience across iOS, Android, or Web preferred.
