Description

  • Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under senior guidance.
  • Learn and integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily development work.
  • Translate product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend.
  • Contribute as a full stack team member by learning practices, sharing ideas, and growing toward autonomous delivery.
  • Observe cross-team collaboration and suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.
  • Contribute to the product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus.
  • Hands-on project experience through personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
  • Foundation in at least one backend language, such as Java or Golang.
  • Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience building end-to-end projects in personal, academic, or internship settings.
  • Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
  • Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
  • Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and willing to go beyond assigned scope.
  • Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with a product mindset.
  • Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects are a plus.
  • Cross-platform development experience across iOS, Android, or Web is a plus.
  • Internship or work experience at startups is a plus.
  • Experience proactively building internal tools or personal side projects is a plus.
