Description

  • Communicate project status and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Build efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure client code.
  • Participate in planning and estimation using project methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex work within the team’s methodology and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to identify user pain points and improve solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor other engineers and contribute to the Engineering Practice community.
  • Drive project delivery autonomously from conceptualization through deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the listed areas.
  • Proven professional experience as a React developer.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Deep knowledge of frontend development, including state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience applying object-oriented programming principles such as abstraction and encapsulation.
  • High-level design proficiency using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Experience building well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Familiarity with OWASP.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to optimize frontend performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with ORMs.
  • Experience with architectural patterns such as microservices and serverless, and design patterns such as factory, singleton, and observer.
  • Experience with unit testing.
  • Experience working in AWS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
