Description

  • Automate deployment and infrastructure processes using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated code integration and delivery.
  • Oversee cloud-based systems and services to maintain performance, security, and scalability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to apply DevOps best practices.
  • Use containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to deploy, scale, and manage applications.
  • Work with source control tools such as Git and GitHub to support collaboration and version control.
  • Provide status tracking, reporting, and effort estimates to support delivery planning.
  • Prioritize work based on business impact and support continuous improvement across engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least one high-level programming language such as Shell, Python, or Java.
  • At least 2 years of experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including IIS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, networking, DNS, Route 53, ECR, EC2, Secret Manager, and Parameter Store.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and the ELK stack.
  • Knowledge of Terraform.
  • Experience with Git and GitHub.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and database management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Advanced DevOps, cloud, or Kubernetes certifications are preferred.
  • Experience estimating testing and deployment efforts is preferred.
  • Experience providing accurate status tracking and reporting is preferred.
