Description

  • Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions from commit to production.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS, including autoscaling with HPA, VPA, and Karpenter.
  • Manage Docker images in Amazon ECR, including versioning, security, and lifecycle controls.
  • Configure global content and DNS services using CloudFront, Route 53, and S3.
  • Provision environments using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Implement observability and monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Apply security best practices across AWS environments using IAM, VPCs, Secrets Manager, KMS, and IRSA.
  • Work with modern DevOps practices to ensure applications remain scalable, secure, and highly available.

Requirements

  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, SysOps, or Cloud roles.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ideally on EKS.
  • Advanced experience with GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with CloudFront and S3.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS services including EKS, ECR, ECS, Fargate, Route 53, ALB/NLB, IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, and S3.
  • Experience with Terraform, including modules and remote state.
  • Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, Go, or Node.js.
  • AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), or CKA/CKAD certifications are preferred.
