Description

  • Support and improve CI/CD pipeline tools for development teams across multiple software products.
  • Build relationships with development teams to align on shared goals and workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Develop infrastructure-as-code tools to deploy development environments.
  • Containerize applications to improve deployment processes and application resilience.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline and improve workflows.
  • Ensure infrastructure can scale dynamically and recover from disaster scenarios.
  • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop internal tooling to improve operational efficiency and enable self-service solutions.
  • Manage development resources and access controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in a DevOps position.
  • 3 years of experience in software engineering.
  • 2 years of experience with Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience running Kubernetes/EKS in production environments.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Bash, Python, or Go; Go is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI tools such as CircleCI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab.
  • Professional experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of orchestration tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, APM, logging, and infrastructure observability.
  • Brief experience working with MySQL, Amazon Aurora, and Redshift.
  • Understanding of security benchmarking.
  • Ability to work occasional after-hours shifts.
