Description

  • Lead new business sales across Chemical & Workplace Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Supply Chain & Sustainability product families.
  • Build and expand a self-generated enterprise pipeline through market mapping, personalized outreach, and prospecting.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through contract closure.
  • Engage C-level executives and key decision-makers to create long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions and cross-sell across product lines.
  • Craft tailored proposals and manage product trials to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain a strong command of the territory and continuously identify new opportunities.
  • Track pipeline activity and progress to move complex deals forward efficiently.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and drive high-value deals to close.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support negotiation and deal execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of direct experience in complex B2B sales as an individual contributor.
  • Consistently met or exceeded quota in prior sales roles.
  • Experience selling regulatory compliance, EHS, supply chain, or related solutions is required.
  • Proven success closing six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach.
  • Strong track record of self-generating pipeline and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset with success winning new logo opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant licenses or qualifications may be considered in the final offer.
