Description

  • Install new or modified equipment at customer facilities and ensure full functionality according to specifications.
  • Investigate, analyze, and inspect equipment issues to determine the source of problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with factory and internal service support to expedite repairs.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment.
  • Complete and update service reports accurately to reflect work performed.
  • Communicate feedback from the field to the factory to improve troubleshooting and repair procedures.
  • Serve as a communication link between customers and the company to support effective service delivery.
  • Train team members and customers on safe equipment operation and demonstrate proper use.
  • Track expenses and manage maintenance-related paperwork.
  • Travel to customer locations up to 80% of the week, including overnight stays Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Experience with maintenance on CNC machines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel on the road up to 80% of the week, with possible overnight stays Monday through Friday.
  • High mechanical aptitude with some electrical knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.
  • Ability to keep track of expenses and manage maintenance paperwork.
  • Haas certification provided by the company.
  • Comfort working in a field service role supporting customer sites in Alabama.
