Description

  • Assess customer requirements and business goals, then translate them into implementation plans and configuration recommendations.
  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, customization, and integration activities.
  • Coordinate milestones, timelines, dependencies, customer responsibilities, risks, and internal stakeholders across multiple implementations.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, communicating progress, resolving blockers, and providing implementation support.
  • Configure authentication, HRIS and other system integrations, data flows, email delivery, and related technical requirements.
  • Create implementation documentation, project plans, guides, and training materials; lead customer working sessions.
  • Coordinate testing and launch-readiness activities and ensure functional and technical requirements are completed before launch.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for authentication, data integration, email delivery, and mobile app functionality.
  • Share implementation knowledge internally, advocate for customer needs, and support continuous improvement.
  • Transition customers from implementation into ongoing customer management after launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Professional Services Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar role.
  • Experience working with Enterprise SaaS applications at an organization with $100M+ in ARR.
  • Experience managing customer implementations, onboarding programs, or complex projects from kickoff through launch.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with APIs, authentication, technical integrations, and enterprise data flows.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy requirements for SaaS companies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical topics to nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to set expectations and drive decisions.
  • Proactive problem-solving, collaboration, customer focus, self-motivation, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
