Description

  • Work at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support enterprise growth.
  • Develop deep expertise in 360Learning’s product, value proposition, and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with account executives and sales teams to understand customer requirements and support deal progression.
  • Configure demo environments and prepare presentations for prospects and pilots/POCs.
  • Provide product insights and feedback to internal product teams based on customer and market needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers across seniority levels, from CEOs to technical stakeholders.
  • Share expertise and best practices with the broader 360Learning team.
  • Help shape the Sales Engineer function by identifying best practices and building new processes.
  • Support recruitment efforts as the Sales Engineer team grows.
  • Participate in sales strategy and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, engagement management, or LMS implementation consultant role.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS company; LMS experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong sales instinct and comfort speaking with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly while maintaining an upbeat and positive mindset.
  • Open to travel for conferences and on-site meetings.
  • A “can do” attitude and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative environment.
