Description

  • Engage and win large enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees.
  • Execute complex, consultative sales cycles across strategic opportunities.
  • Multi-thread high-value accounts to build executive-level support and momentum.
  • Develop territory plans and manage a personal pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Run strategic prospect meetings and deliver product demos and pitches.
  • Qualify leads and close new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Mentor junior Account Executives as part of team development.
  • Build subject matter expertise in the 360Learning platform, market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
  • Travel up to 25% to customer sites for executive meetings and deal checkpoints.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience selling learning solutions such as an LMS or LXP, or HR Tech products preferred.
  • Formal training in a sales methodology such as Challenger, SPIN, PURPOSE, or MEDDIC.
  • Experience executing complex software or platform demos.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and lifelong learning attitude.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Willingness to work in a remote-first environment with flexible work hours.
  • Enthusiasm for 360Learning’s Convexity culture and remote-first working style.
