Description

  • Own and lead AI-powered clinical workflow delivery from design through production shipping.
  • Serve as both program orchestrator and hands-on full-stack engineer, writing production code daily.
  • Run cross-functional solution sessions to align engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Standardize AI workflow design and implementation patterns on Azure.
  • Build reliable, observable, and cost-efficient workflows across complex systems.
  • Improve provider and patient experiences through technology that directly impacts clinical care.
  • Drive clarity, velocity, and accountability across technical execution.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues and make delivery decisions.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of hands-on development experience combined with technical leadership or TPM experience.
  • Strong coding skills in TypeScript/React and Python/Node.js.
  • Familiarity with REST and gRPC, async jobs, and streaming outputs.
  • Experience with Azure services including Azure Functions Durable, Container Apps, Queues/Event Grid, KEDA, Blob Storage, AI Search, SQL/CosmosDB, Redis, App Insights, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience orchestrating AI/ML workflows, including multi-model management, RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and tool-calling (MCP).
  • Strong command of Jira, Confluence, Git workflows, and asynchronous remote communication.
  • Ability to work remote across India during US Pacific hours.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare and regulated environments, including FHIR data models and HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST compliance awareness.
  • Strong communication skills for facilitating design sessions, bridging technical and business teams, and resolving conflicts.
  • A proactive, pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset and comfort with ambiguity and high-pressure delivery.
