Description

  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction for multiple concurrent projects following Zuri Group PMO standards.
  • Own at least one large project (e.g., $1M+ budget and/or 12–18 month timeline) or several smaller concurrent engagements.
  • Define and oversee deliverables with clients and project teams, breaking work into assignments housed in a centralized task-management system.
  • Create complex project artifacts such as Project Charters, risk registers, visual workflows, dashboards, and multi-faceted project plans.
  • Forecast project hours and resources and deliver accurate monthly budget reports reflecting financial status.
  • Plan, organize, and arrange onsite client meetings, product launches, and support efforts as needed.
  • Organize, plan, and manage project resources across Zuri Group and client teams.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, propose changes to meet success criteria, and manage issue resolution.
  • Lead project meetings, provide agendas and regular status reports, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of direct project management experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and proven ability to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience managing technology projects (software implementations, upgrades, integrations) required.
  • Proficiency with task-management systems and PM tools (example: Smartsheet).
  • Highly analytical and technically proficient with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Superior written and verbal communication, advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship-management skills.
  • Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to make independent decisions quickly while assessing project impact.
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Preferred: CRM implementation consulting experience (Blackbaud and/or Salesforce), SaaS or enterprise software consulting, familiarity with large nonprofit or higher-education fundraising processes, and Project Management Certification (PMP).
  • Location/eligibility: remote-first role with no return-to-office date; applicants must reside in AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, or WV; Zuri Group participates in e-Verify for Florida applicants.

  • Salary range $82,500–$98,000 per year (dependent on experience).
