Description

  • Serve as the technical expert for Zero Trust Architecture in cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Act as the primary technical lead and strategic advisor for commercial customers in the West and Central regions.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, SEs, AEs, and Transformation Architects on technical strategy and customer engagement.
  • Lead customer conversations on Zero Trust security trends, deployment approaches, and business outcomes.
  • Run customer proof-of-value engagements and demonstrate Zscaler’s value proposition.
  • Provide competitive insights and position Zscaler solutions against alternatives.
  • Share real-world customer feedback with Product Management to influence the product roadmap.
  • Drive internal and customer-facing enablement for Zero Trust Cloud use cases.
  • Support Zscaler’s regional go-to-market strategy for Zero Trust Cloud.
  • Work across high-level strategy and hands-on execution to solve cloud security challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent certifications/experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, systems engineering, or enterprise security architecture.
  • Hands-on expertise in security, networking, and applications.
  • Practical experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for audiences ranging from practitioners to executives.
  • Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA), or similar enterprise-grade SSE, SASE, or cloud security solutions (preferred).
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions within Zero Trust frameworks (preferred).
  • Expertise in modern networking, including SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity strategies (preferred).
  • Remote role based in the West or Central region of the U.S.

  • Base salary range of $177,000 to $221,250 USD.
