Description

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and extended teams to build integrated go-to-market initiatives that accelerate pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Apply data-driven strategies to monitor and optimize campaign performance and measure business impact.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with technology partners and alliances to deliver joint initiatives that expand market reach and brand presence.
  • Support and manage logistics for field events, including venue coordination, promotional items, speaker preparation, and audience engagement.
  • Align marketing execution with sales objectives to improve ROI and operating efficiency.
  • Operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-impact results and team success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or event management.
  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and autonomously while also being a team player.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, high-growth environment and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Professional experience working with or within the Canadian Public Sector.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau to analyze performance and support ROI measurement (preferred).
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Canada, up to 50% (preferred).
