Description

  • Lead end-to-end administration for new hire enrollments, leaver processing, and off-cycle qualifying life events.
  • Own the monthly benefits-to-payroll data bridge and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
  • Administer time-off and leave of absence programs across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Manage insurance claims for disability and sick leave and track them through resolution.
  • Conduct quarterly headcount audits to maintain data integrity with benefit providers.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues within SLAs.
  • Educate employees on available support options and benefits-related processes.
  • Document process ambiguities and solutions in SOPs.
  • Manage end-to-end invoice reconciliation for vendor billing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of dedicated experience in HR benefits administration with a strong focus on operations and leave management.
  • Deep knowledge of employment and labor laws and statutory benefit offerings across multiple EMEA countries, such as the UK, Germany, and France.
  • Technical proficiency in HRIS systems, with Workday preferred, as well as payroll systems and benefit vendor portals.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data auditing, payroll reporting, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Direct experience in a global public SaaS or high-growth technology organization is preferred.
  • Proven experience handling complex international leave of absence cases with empathy and precision is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
