Description

  • Support annual merit and bonus cycles, including scenario modeling, forecasting, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain compensation models, salary structures, pay bands, incentive designs, and cost analyses.
  • Partner with FP&A to align compensation recommendations with budget and financial strategy.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and analyses for leadership and Board committees.
  • Conduct market benchmarking using compensation survey providers and update job leveling frameworks.
  • Evaluate new and updated roles for internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze compensation and workforce data from HRIS, ATS, Finance, and other systems.
  • Identify pay equity gaps, compression risks, trends, and financial impacts using advanced analytics.
  • Develop automated and ad hoc dashboards for compensation decision-making and reporting.
  • Maintain compensation policies, SOPs, manager guides, and compensation toolkits to support governance and consistency.
  • Partner with HRIS teams to ensure data accuracy, support compensation cycle system configuration, and run data audits.
  • Improve compensation workflows, strengthen documentation, and support workforce analytics, headcount reporting, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and scenario modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience using HRIS platforms for data extraction, reporting, and compensation cycle administration.
  • Strong ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems to produce centralized insights.
  • Experience supporting annual merit and bonus programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
  • High degree of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Rippling, ADP, UKG/Ultipro, or SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compensation survey providers such as Pave, Mercer, Radford, or Payscale is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with FP&A on compensation budgeting and accrual management is preferred.
  • Background in growth-stage, transformation, or cost-discipline environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
