Description

  • Architect context acquisition pipelines that retrieve, transform, and deliver context from semantic data, memory systems, and data producers.
  • Own the context layer platform as an internal product serving multiple teams across Copilot, GTM Studio, and MarketingOS.
  • Establish API contracts, developer experience standards, and integration patterns for platform adoption.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks and monitor retrieval precision, context relevance, hallucination rates, and system performance in production.
  • Partner with ML engineers to improve embedding models, reranking strategies, and retrieval algorithms.
  • Evaluate emerging context-engineering research and decide which techniques merit production investment.
  • Translate between ML engineers, platform engineers, and product teams to drive cross-functional execution.
  • Set prioritization frameworks and communication cadences that balance urgent feature needs with long-term platform development.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of product management experience, including 2+ years in ML/AI infrastructure.
  • Direct experience with production RAG systems, vector databases, semantic search, or context management.
  • Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j.
  • Track record of building platform products for multiple internal or external customers.
  • Familiarity with context compression, embedding models, and retrieval evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience defining product vision in emerging technical domains where best practices are still evolving.
  • Expert-level understanding of RAG system architecture.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for code review, analysis, and prototyping.
  • Ability to read recent research from sources such as arXiv, ACL, and NeurIPS.
  • Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs and business impact clearly to executives and engineers.

  • US base salary of $89,200 to $133,800.
