Description

  • Invent and productionize Transformer, RAG, and Graph RAG architectures for retrieval and entity understanding.
  • Prototype and launch hybrid dense and sparse retrieval pipelines on vector databases.
  • Build language-agnostic clustering and classification systems that power the intelligence layer.
  • Own high-recall NER models that extract structured entities from multi-language text and web data.
  • Build cross-dataset entity-resolution frameworks to deduplicate and merge large-scale company and person records.
  • Design and implement agentic workflows with robust evaluation, A/B testing, and back-testing frameworks.
  • Scale ML solutions in partnership with ML engineers to ensure production reliability.
  • Translate product goals into measurable ML KPIs and influence roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end project ownership from problem definition through deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve foundation data quality across firmographics, demographics, C-suite profiles, and web-extracted signals.
  • Mentor junior scientists and engineers and communicate project impact to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on ML/NLP experience, or 3+ years post-PhD/Master's.
  • At least two delivered, revenue-impacting products in production environments.
  • Deep expertise in transformer stacks such as BERT, GPT, and T5.
  • Experience with RAG systems, vector-based information retrieval, and latency/throughput optimization.
  • Proven track record building NER or entity-resolution systems at 100M+ record scale.
  • Experience with record linkage, data deduplication, and knowledge-graph integration.
  • Strong applied research skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Software engineering experience with Python; Go or Java is a plus.
  • Familiarity with embedding models and vector search technologies.
  • Executive communication skills and ability to persuade technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort owning strategy, budget, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • US base salary range of $164,500 to $258,500.
