Description

  • Own the Employer Growth product domain, including KPI setting, strategy, roadmap, and daily execution.
  • Lead product initiatives for ZipRecruiter’s SMB employer business to improve customer value and product effectiveness.
  • Run rapid growth experiments to strengthen product-led growth and acquire new employers.
  • Analyze product metrics to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and other go-to-market teams to align product-led growth efforts.
  • Conduct product discovery and user research while serving as the voice of SMB customers.
  • Build personalized, proactive product experiences using AI and machine learning.
  • Coordinate with job-seeker product teams to maintain marketplace balance and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales on product delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful product management experience with a record of delivering results.
  • Experience building business-facing B2B products at scale.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to investigate the reasons behind metrics.
  • Experience leveraging machine learning and building AI-powered product features.
  • Hands-on experience speaking with users and conducting user research.
  • Ability to address complex technical, product, and market problems as a strategic generalist.
  • High degree of self-motivation and comfort working autonomously.
  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces such as jobs, real estate, or rideshare is preferred.
  • Experience leading products for small and mid-sized business customers is preferred.
