Description

  • Advise leaders on sensitive decisions related to management, structure, development, performance, and compensation.
  • Diagnose organizational and people issues using data, active listening, and team context.
  • Translate people insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Build and improve People rituals and processes that support consistent management, development, and recognition.
  • Incorporate AI, automations, and systems into People operations to simplify and scale processes.
  • Support leadership in maintaining high standards for talent, management, and culture.
  • Work closely with leaders to anticipate challenges and support critical decisions.
  • Help create simple and useful structures that improve people-related decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in an equivalent role in startups, scale-ups, fintechs, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience advising founders, C-level executives, directors, or senior leaders on sensitive management and organizational topics.
  • Strong analytical ability to combine data, metrics, and qualitative inputs to diagnose organizational problems.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and adapt communication for different leadership profiles without formal authority.
  • Practical knowledge of People systems such as performance, leadership, culture, development, org design, onboarding, offboarding, and management.
  • Autonomy and a builder mindset to turn ambiguity into simple, actionable paths.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce structured diagnoses and recommendations.
  • Practical, tech-first mindset with experience using AI, automations, systems, or tools to improve scalability.
  • Experience operating in high-standard, demanding leadership environments is preferred.
