Description

Structure complex and ambiguous business problems into clear analyses and actionable recommendations.
Define hypotheses, collect data, and perform analysis to support decision-making.
Build analyses and dashboards for areas such as credit risk, operations, and finance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Propose and help implement automations that streamline workflows.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams by translating needs into clear requirements.
Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders, including leadership.
Own problems end to end and drive them toward resolution.
Work across changing priorities and multiple business contexts while maintaining rigor.

Requirements

Strong analytical ability with solid SQL and Excel skills.
Python is a plus.
Business understanding beyond pure data analysis.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and with shifting priorities.
Clear communication and mature stakeholder management skills, including working with leadership.
Ownership mindset with the ability to propose solutions and drive problems end to end.
Proactivity to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities before they become larger issues.
Experience in business analysis, consulting, or analytical business roles is a plus.
Experience in fintech, credit, or financial services is a plus.
Familiarity with process automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools is a plus.
