Description

  • Develop resolution strategies and protocols with department leadership based on project and client requirements.
  • Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and timelines between lien resolution operations teams and health plan agencies.
  • Track agency resolutions for protocol compliance, service-level adherence, delays, and escalation needs.
  • Create and maintain a master directory of agency contacts, profiles, operational details, and relationship data.
  • Integrate and monitor agency information within operational applications.
  • Serve as the primary contact and authorized portal representative for health plan agencies.
  • Coordinate relationship meetings, maintain regular communications, and identify issues proactively.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of reports for clients and health plan agencies.
  • Collaborate with technology and development teams on portal tools, implementation, and issue prioritization.
  • Assist with additional lien resolution activities as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing external stakeholder relationships with government agencies, health plans, or managed care organizations.
  • Experience in lien resolution, Medicare or Medicaid coordination, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
  • Experience working with technical data and resolving data-related issues with internal teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across legal, operations, and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working independently in ambiguous situations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy and follow-through.
  • Clear, professional communication skills for internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel minimally, approximately 1–2 times per year.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
