Description

  • Own Zipdev’s organic content strategy and monthly calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and future platforms.
  • Work with the CEO and team members to uncover stories, insights, trends, client experiences, and recruiting lessons.
  • Plan and lead recurring content sessions and remotely direct recordings.
  • Edit raw and long-form video into polished short-form content for multiple platforms.
  • Write authentic posts and captions in the CEO’s and Zipdev’s voice.
  • Repurpose ideas into posts, Reels, carousels, graphics, quote posts, and other formats.
  • Manage scheduling, publishing, formatting, tagging, asset organization, and distribution.
  • Monitor and engage with comments, messages, mentions, and followers while identifying valuable relationships.
  • Track content performance and recommend topics, formats, and strategies for organic growth.
  • Use AI and creative tools to support research, ideation, editing, writing, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing organic social media and content for a founder, executive, company, agency, or personal brand.
  • Experience building or operating a repeatable content engine.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Experience converting raw or long-form video into engaging short-form content.
  • Intermediate video editing skills, taking content from raw footage through publication.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, hook, pacing, and voice-matching skills.
  • Experience with social scheduling, publishing, analytics, and tools such as Meta Business Suite.
  • Comfort directing content remotely and working with senior leadership.
  • Comfort using AI tools in the content creation process.
  • Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, curious, independent, and fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of U.S. business culture and content for U.S.-based business audiences.
  • Graphic design experience and familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with executive thought leadership, organic audience growth, engagement conversion, or B2B/recruiting content preferred.
  • Portfolio demonstrating managed accounts, edited videos, written copy, visual content, and measurable results.
