Description

  • Maintain and update weekly cash flow forecasts and financial models.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Extract, analyze, and manage financial data from QuickBooks Online and HubSpot for dashboards and reporting.
  • Own the full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Manage invoicing and follow up on overdue accounts to support cash flow.
  • Execute accurate month-end close processes, including accruals.
  • Ensure transactions are properly coded, reconciled, and maintained in QuickBooks Online.
  • Support and manage cross-border payroll operations for 150+ employees and contractors across Latin America.
  • Ensure timely payments across multiple currencies and payment platforms.
  • Maintain payroll accuracy and support related financial reconciliations.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Experience working in B2B services, SaaS, staffing, or recruiting industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and large datasets.
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience handling cross-border payments and payroll processes in LATAM.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or bootstrapped company (preferred).
  • Experience building or improving financial dashboards and reporting processes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and operational finance KPIs (preferred).
  • Experience supporting executive leadership with financial insights and forecasting (preferred).
  • Experience tracking and reporting business metrics such as LTV, CAC, Gross Margin per placement, and Net Revenue Retention (preferred).
