Description

  • Lead the global investigator grants team from a grant administration perspective.
  • Oversee budget management, maintenance, investigator payment processing, advance balance reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Create investigator grant workbooks and interpret Clinical Trial Agreements to support accurate payment processing.
  • Contribute to month-end close by producing project-level financial reports and KPI analysis.
  • Guide Project Directors and Project Managers on the financial sections of Clinical Trial Agreements.
  • Train teams on populating site payment workbooks and tracking payment-eligible visits.
  • Oversee Sunshine Act reporting and other client reporting on a global basis.
  • Manage and process site payments according to Clinical Trial Agreement terms.
  • Participate in internal team calls, client calls, and Quarterly Business Review meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with clinical trial payment processes on an international basis.
  • Experience with clinical trial agreements and site budgets.
  • Strong understanding of the study start-up process.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze, reconcile, and communicate financial results to project teams, investigator sites, and clients.
  • Preferred: strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferred: excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Preferred: fluency in English and, for non-English-speaking countries, the local language of the country where the position is based.
  • Occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
