Description

  • Own recruiting performance across time to qualified candidate, time to fill, placements, productivity, quality, pipeline health, and capacity forecasting.
  • Diagnose difficult searches and improve sourcing, assessment, interviewing, client calibration, candidate presentation, negotiation, and closing practices.
  • Lead Talent Success operations focused on talent performance, engagement, retention, risk identification, and escalations.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for clients and hiring managers on searches, market conditions, compensation, availability, performance, and retention.
  • Evaluate and implement ATS improvements, AI tools, automation, assessments, dashboards, analytics, and recruiting workflows.
  • Coach and develop recruiters, sourcers, and Talent Success professionals through training, performance expectations, one-on-ones, and team meetings.
  • Build a high-performance culture, develop future leaders, address underperformance, and retain strong performers.
  • Use recruiting metrics and operational insights to identify problems early and drive department-wide improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
  • Personally demonstrated success as a recruiter.
  • 3+ years managing recruiters, sourcers, or recruiting teams.
  • Staffing agency experience, including practice, branch, market, or recruiting-function management.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting funnels and KPIs.
  • Experience working directly with clients and hiring managers.
  • Experience training and developing recruiters.
  • Understanding of staffing economics and commercial decision-making.
  • Experience implementing recruiting technology, process improvements, AI, or automation.
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Previous Director experience is preferred but not required.
  • Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.
