Description

  • Coordinate and manage purchase and disposition transactions from start to finish, ensuring all details are collected, completed, and reviewed accurately.
  • Facilitate communication among buyers, sellers, brokers, investors, banks, title companies, legal counsel, and internal teams.
  • Draft and review sale, lease, and other real estate agreement templates.
  • Track critical dates and deadlines throughout the transaction process and proactively manage compliance requirements.
  • Assist with underwriting, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence reviews.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities and ensure timely completion of third-party reports and supporting information.
  • Prepare documents and workflows for investors and lenders.
  • Prepare investment memos and information packages for investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Support acquisition, development, and disposition activities to keep transaction-related tasks moving efficiently.
  • Assist with basic pro formas for retail and industrial projects and with construction draws on development projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a financial analyst, transaction coordinator, or similar role in real estate.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to develop systems that improve team efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence processes.
  • Proficiency in document preparation, agreement drafting, and contract review.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, lease agreements, escrow management, and transaction-related documentation.
  • Experience supporting SOP development, critical-date tracking, and transaction workflow improvements is preferred.
