Description

  • Own projects from initial brief through final delivery, maintaining creative integrity, quality, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, estimates, schedules, milestones, risks, communication plans, and documentation.
  • Manage project finances, budgets, time logging, profitability, reconciliations, scope changes, and cost control.
  • Coordinate clients, creative, production, account management, support teams, internal resources, and external partners.
  • Schedule and allocate resources, source production partners, and ensure teams are staffed appropriately.
  • Lead kick-off meetings, provide weekly status updates, and manage stakeholder approvals and communications.
  • Oversee execution, proactively resolve issues, mitigate risks, and manage change-control processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvements to production processes.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing post-production in a creative, events, or production agency.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, print, digital, video, and film production.
  • Proven experience executing digital content, social campaigns, and multi-platform campaigns.
  • Experience sourcing resource and production services; shoot production experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of aspect ratios, shooting for varied deliverables, and CGI pack replacements.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage a heavy workload under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, persuasion, negotiation, and project-risk management skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, resilient, constructive, and results-focused approach.
  • Willingness to collaborate with global colleagues and share expertise.
  • Proactive interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply them practically.
