Description

  • Manage multiple mid- to high-complexity projects across creative, production, digital, technology, AI/automation, film, CGI, motion design, and print.
  • Receive and clarify briefs, then manage project scoping, costing, planning, milestones, timelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate clients, partners, creative teams, delivery leads, resource managers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • Staff projects appropriately, prioritize team workloads, and manage delivery within scope, budget, resources, and deadlines.
  • Identify risks, maintain risk registers, proactively resolve issues, and manage scope, budget, timeline, and resource changes.
  • Lead client and team kick-off meetings and provide regular status reports and weekly action points.
  • Monitor project profitability, utilization, time logged, output, and cost overrun.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality, design, production, and client requirements.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, follow BRANDTECH+ ways of working, and formally close projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven record of managing projects from start to finish.
  • Background in an advertising agency and integrated experience across multiple creative or production disciplines.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with different deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, time-management, multitasking, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and quality-control experience.
  • Proficiency in English for collaboration within a global business.
  • Process-driven, resilient, collaborative, and receptive to feedback, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Curiosity, creativity, ambition, and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Competence with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Teams; experience with OMG is helpful, with training provided.
