Description

  • Manage multiple mid- to high-complexity projects across disciplines including AI/automation, digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and print.
  • Transform incoming briefs into clear project scopes, cost estimates, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate creative teams, partners, stakeholders, and project resources throughout execution.
  • Run client and team kick-off meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Monitor delivery against scope, budget, timeline, quality standards, and available resources.
  • Prepare stakeholder status reports, manage weekly actions, and implement change-control processes.
  • Identify risks, maintain risk registers, proactively resolve issues, and plan mitigations.
  • Manage team workload, utilization, output, and project profitability, including daily time and cost tracking.
  • Build partner relationships and ensure requirements are addressed within Brandtech+ processes.
  • Close projects to required standards and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
  • Background in an advertising agency environment, with integrated experience across creative and production disciplines.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with different deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality-control experience, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage project scope, budgets, costs, timelines, risks, and resources.
  • Proficiency in English for collaboration within a global business.
  • Competence with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Teams; familiarity with OMG is preferred, with training provided.
  • Collaborative, feedback-oriented, process-driven, resilient, and continuous-improvement mindset.
