Description

  • Understand mobile applications, SaaS delivery models, and customer-reported issues to troubleshoot and debug problems.
  • Own customer issues end to end, maintain customer satisfaction, and escalate risks to management when needed.
  • Learn the product deeply, validate customer-specific fixes and releases with QA, and create technical documentation for customer needs.
  • Gather customer feedback, follow escalation procedures for unresolved bugs, and create JIRA tickets for engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success, development, product, DevOps, and engineering teams across time zones.
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues raised by customers.
  • Work as a technical expert supporting customers using the solution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent engineering degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software solutions for senior candidates, or 1-3 years for junior candidates.
  • 5+ years of customer support experience for senior candidates, or 1-3 years for junior candidates, preferably with security or mobile device management providers.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python, Java scripting, and Unix.
  • Prior experience with mobile apps, mobile architecture, and MDM solutions such as MS-Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, and Citrix.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools such as ArcSight and Splunk.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and components such as AWS, Linux containers/Docker, OpenStack, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience implementing and supporting mobile application infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Experience with mobile app delivery and deployment on iOS and Android is a plus.
  • Experience with Android Studio, adb, JUnit, or Xcode is a plus.
