Description

  • Proactively manage customer relationships to support renewals, referenceability, and expansion opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of Zimperium’s solution and help customers realize business value from the product.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing product and domain expertise to customers.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for risks and escalations.
  • Gather customer feedback and channel it to internal teams to influence product capabilities.
  • Support customer onboarding, including deployment planning, best practices, and rollout risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams across time zones to resolve customer issues.
  • Learn the product and deployment model deeply to lead informed customer conversations.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering degree.
  • 10+ years of experience working with enterprise software solutions; startup experience is desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably with security companies and large enterprise customers.
  • Strong database and SQL skills are required.
  • Experience with mobility and security domains is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and good business acumen.
  • Ability to travel regionally and to customer sites as needed.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand architecture and interpret business data.
